I built PYKSL after a decade of watching service business operators get sold the same thing: a retainer for hours, a deck of vanity metrics, and a junior account manager who'd learn on their dime.

The operators who actually compound, the ones running 3, 5, 30 locations, the ones with real margin, they don't buy retainers. They buy systems. A paid media engine. An AI agent stack. A web layer engineered for paid traffic and AI citation. Those three, wired together, compound.

PYKSL builds those three, wires them together, and hands you the keys. We staff senior media buyers and engineers on the work, not on the pitch. We sign IP transfer on day one. Every system we ship is yours.

Six principles. Non-negotiable.

The way we run engagements. These don't flex.

Audit before pitch

We won't quote on a 30-min call. Every engagement opens with a 7-day audit that gets written down.

PRINCIPLE_02

Systems, not retainers

If the work resets every month, it's the wrong model. We ship infrastructure that compounds quarterly.

PRINCIPLE_03

Senior on every account

Most agencies front a senior in the pitch and put a junior on the work. We staff senior buyers and engineers on the work.

PRINCIPLE_04

Client owns the system

Every campaign, agent, prompt, page and dashboard transfers to the client at day one. We don't hold IP for leverage.
