1. Who we are
PYKSL is a Dubai-based performance marketing and AI automation agency. This policy describes how PYKSL FZ-LLC (“PYKSL”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data on this website and across services.
2. What we collect
When you book a call or submit the audit form, we collect: name, role, email, company, website, industry, revenue band, monthly ad spend, and any free-text answers you provide. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and (with consent) to send infrequent operator updates.
3. Tracking and cookies
We use first-party analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. We run Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Tag Manager for our own paid media, all behind GDPR-compliant consent. You can decline non-essential cookies.
4. Client data
Data we process on behalf of clients (their ad accounts, CRM, call records) is handled under separate Data Processing Agreements. We never use client data for cross-client analytics or training.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@pyksl.com.
