1. Engagement
These terms apply to your use of the PYKSL website. Engagements with clients are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed by both parties.
2. Content ownership
All copy, code, design, schema and creative work commissioned and paid for by a client is transferred to that client. PYKSL retains the right to reference engagements (anonymised by default) for case studies and marketing.
3. Confidentiality
We treat client business data as confidential. NDAs are signed on request. Our standard MSA includes mutual confidentiality clauses.
4. Liability
Our liability for any engagement is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. We do guarantee the system.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
